Johnson: "Sydney Johnson remembers his grandmother living on Park Row, believed to be 425 W. Park Row, in St. Peter. Wilhelmina seems to have owned the house, but George and Emma lived there. The Nicollet County deeds show that Wilhelmina purchased Lot 5, Block 81 in Skaro and Evenson's Addition, or 425 W. Park Row, from Susanna N. Kennedy and husband for $700 on 2 May 1894. She sold this to her daughter Emma, on 8 February 1928. The house was built about 188, originally a 16 X 24 frame structure with a 16 X 25 one-story addition in the rear and a 9 X 14 lean-to on the west. It stood on a 51.67 X 132 lot with a shed on the rear line.
"The Langguth's name does not appear on the County's personal property tax list for 1890. I only find it mentioned once in the 1880's, in 1889, when Christ Langguth was liable for 15c tax.
"...Wilhemina visited son Henry in Blue Earth in 1912 (Tribune 25 Sep 1912). (Johnson, Langguth Genealogy)

Her obituary says that she passed away at her home on Park Row. "Mrs. Langguth was born at Poesneck, Sachen Meiningen, Germany, April 18, 1849, and spent her early years at that place, coming to American in 1869 to make her home with relatives in Chicago. While residing there she met and married Christian Langguth, and in 1872 the young couple decided to come west to Minnesota to establish a home. They came directly to St. Peter..." She was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church and was survived by a sister in Leipzig. [This may have been Hilde Muller, whose Leipzig address was handed down as "a relative."]
