New Jersey Ratables 1778-80 listed Benjamin Day, Esq. of Morris Twp. with 70 acres, 2 horses, 6 cattle, 1 hog.
The will of Benjamin Day of Morristown, Morris Co. was dated Sept. 16, 1783, with administrators Elizabeth Day and Stephen Day, both of said county. Moses Day of Morristown was the bondsman.
